Terms of Use

You must be 18 years of age or older to use NXT Drop. By using the Platform you represent that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You may register with an email and password, or with Google or Facebook. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You can edit your profile in Edit Profile and request deletion of your account from your profile settings. Account deactivation and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

You may create and publish the following content on NXT Drop: your profile (pseudonym, handle, bio, avatar, banner, social links, optional wallet address, location and interests), submitted projects (name, description, images, videos, links, mint details and giveaway configuration), comments on project pages, posts on the social feeds (Pulse and Alpha Feed), reactions and replies, and giveaway entries (including any information you voluntarily submit to a creator's giveaway).

By publishing content on NXT Drop, you grant NXT Drop a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, reproduce and reference that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. NXT Drop does not guarantee active moderation of all content in real time but reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or moderate any content or account at its sole discretion.

You agree not to use NXT Drop to:

• Upload, post, share or promote illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringing, hateful or discriminatory content;
• Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against any person;
• Promote hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or nationality;
• Post or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors — NXT Drop has zero tolerance for such content, as described in our Child Safety Standards;
• Impersonate another person, brand, company or public figure, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Submit fraudulent, misleading or fake projects, or facilitate scams, phishing or fraud;
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content (including malware or harmful links);
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform or its services;
• Use the social feeds (Pulse, Alpha Feed), comments, profiles, follows or giveaways to manipulate, mislead, or abuse other users.

User handles are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and do not grant ownership of trademarks or brand names. NXT Drop may review, restrict, rename or reclaim handles that infringe trademark rights or imply false official affiliation.

NXT Drop may moderate content and accounts to keep the Platform safe. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, without refund.

You can report users, profiles, social posts and other content without leaving the app: use the report action on a user's profile or on a Pulse message, or use the in-app Contact form and select "Report". Reports are reviewed by NXT Drop's moderation team.

You can block other users from your profile or from interacting with you. Blocking removes the blocked user's content from your view and prevents direct interactions such as follows, likes, replies and comments between you and that user.

Where NXT Drop obtains actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material or child exploitation on the Platform, it will remove the content, take action against the account, and report the matter to the appropriate authority as required by applicable law.

Projects listed on NXT Drop — whether submitted by creators or aggregated from public third-party sources — are provided for discovery and informational purposes only. Projects are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with NXT Drop unless explicitly stated. Information shown about a project (such as mint dates, supply, floor prices or contract addresses) may be supplied by the project creator or by third-party providers and may be incomplete or out of date.

Verification, if shown, reflects an evaluation process and is not a guarantee of authenticity, financial value, safety, or performance. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and for any interactions you have with external marketplaces or third parties.

Creators may list giveaways on NXT Drop. Giveaways are free to enter; no purchase is required to participate and no ownership of any token or NFT is required. Winner selection and prize delivery are handled by the creator of each giveaway, not by NXT Drop. NXT Drop does not distribute financial rewards, tokens or NFTs directly. Prize details and eligibility are set by the creator and shown on each giveaway.

On the web version of NXT Drop, certain digital purchases — such as visibility Boosts and Premium status — may be processed through Stripe. On supported Android versions, eligible in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat). NXT Drop does not store your full payment card number; payment card data is handled by the payment processor.

Payment for verification or visibility services covers the manual review and administrative process and does not guarantee approval. Fees may be non-refundable as described at the time of purchase. NXT Drop may revoke a verified or featured status without refund if misconduct or deception is later discovered.

The NXT Drop platform design, logo, text and code are the property of NXT Drop. Creators retain ownership of the works and content they submit. By publishing content you grant NXT Drop the limited license described in Section 3.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT Drop and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, or any loss resulting from interactions with third parties, external marketplaces, or projects discovered through the Platform. Discussions, opinions or information shared by users do not constitute financial, investment or legal advice.

NXT Drop may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the Last Updated date will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after a change indicates your acknowledgement of the updated Terms. Where required, NXT Drop may prompt you to accept the updated Terms before further use of content-creation features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Montréal, Québec.
